Logan helps organizations generate, interpret, and apply evidence to strengthen public health programs, inform policy, and improve outcomes across diverse settings. His work spans global health, academic research, consulting, and applied analytics, with a strong foundation in program evaluation, study design, statistical modeling, and implementation-focused research.

He has contributed to infectious disease surveillance, intervention evaluations, health-care program assessments, and evidence-generation initiatives that support practical and actionable decision-making. Across projects, Logan has worked with researchers, governments, NGOs, and industry partners in the United States, the Netherlands, Ethiopia, Ghana, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zanzibar, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

In addition to technical analysis, Logan focuses on translating complex evidence into clear insights for stakeholders and decision-makers. He has led workshops and training sessions in R, epidemiology, statistical methods, and data science, supporting analytical capacity development in multidisciplinary environments.

He currently works as an Applied Statistician at Wageningen University & Research, providing consulting and methodological support across public health, environmental, and industry-related projects.
