Public health evaluation and evidence specialist

Logan Stuck

I work with public health and research partners to design household surveys, evaluate programmes, and turn evidence into practical decisions.

Evidence for better programmes

Household surveys. Programme evaluation. Shared decisions.

Logan is a public health evaluation and evidence specialist with a PhD in epidemiology and a master's degree in biostatistics. His work brings together household surveys, monitoring and evaluation, applied statistics, and GIS to assess how programmes reach people and where they can improve.

His focus is programme evaluation with institutions and researchers in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Malaria is his strongest subject area, alongside experience in tuberculosis and broader global health. He has more than a year of cumulative professional experience in sub-Saharan Africa, including living in Zanzibar.

Work together

Evidence that helps teams act.

I welcome conversations about research and evaluation roles, technical partnerships, and independent consultancies with NGOs, public agencies, universities, and evidence organisations. I am particularly interested in work with LMIC partners and responsibility for a study, evaluation, or evidence product from design through to use.
